"Examination of Conscience is a Lost Art"

we live in a world of constant change. things are in continuous motion around us, people, circumstances, trials and triumphs. And there is invariable motion within us as we wrestle with what it means to live life in the context of our faith.

yet even while you move through a world of continuous change, some things remain the same. some things you enjoy and value today you'll always enjoy and value, no matter what happens. and some things you dislike and avoid today you will always dislike and avoid.

these immovable things are your core truths. i've recently taken this into deep consideration and looked back at where my roots go, where they dig the deepest. this has been a process i've undergone this summer, and i highly recommend you sit and reflect on this too. redefining my life starting with recognizing my identity and what God has uniquely blessed me with has helped me be aware of where i can be used best for His kingdom.
